I'm about to share a recipe roundup designed by nutritionists...but that you're uber picky comfort-food loving bestie who thinks potato chips are veggies will actually enjoy. Look, I get it. I've been to one too many family BBQs already this summer where I brought something extra healthy that only like 10% of people appreciated (um, you're welcome for the chaga lucuma bee pollen GF vegan muffins...they only took 3 hours and like $98 to make - seriously, IT'S FINE).
But what about when you're not ready to subject your friends & family to bog standard mac & cheese but still want to bring a dish that'll get them salivating (and loving you that little bit more)?! DAIRY-FREE SPINACH & ARTICHOKE HUMMUS
Our addiction to hummus runs deep for the both of us and our family members. We can never have enough, and anyone we introduce hummus to jumps on board almost immediately.
Hummus is also an essential party spread for most cultures. So, why not experiment and replace a traditional spinach and artichoke dip, with this spinach and artichoke hummus?

Have you ever met someone that doesn’t like tacos? They make the perfect transportation method for pretty much any type of protein and are sure to satisfy all types of palettes. Plus, who doesn’t like DIY your own condiments? The best part of tacos are all the sauces – are we right, or are we right?
These Black Bean Tacos with Avocado Cream Sauce are so flavourful you’d hardly know they are completely plant-based. The beans are cooked with tomatoes and chili seasoning; the sauce is creamy and flavourful and you can add any other toppings that you’d like. They’re absolutely perfect for parties!
