Avocado + Coffee (kind of...) = AVOLATTE
Some trends never die. Avocados and lattes are likely 2 that will be around for the long-run.
The healthy mono-unsaturated fats in avocados make it one of the most-loved food that "keto dieters" use to break their fast (and stay in "ketosis"). For all of us regular people who don't strategically try to put their bodies into some epic "fat-burning" state, I think we can all agree that avocados are, well, THE BEST EVER.
Seriously, who doesn't like avocados? #AskingForAFriend
Lattes are also pretty great, because, well caffeine.
Unfortunately I'm going to argue with the latter point, and claim that the acidity of coffee makes it an ingredient for occasional weekly indulgence - rather than a go-to morning beverage.
While [painfully] stepping off the coffee bandwagon, I was blessed enough to come across Dandy Blend, which is a healthy herbal substitute made with, you guessed it - DANDELIONS!
Anyways, back to the FUTURE and the FUTURE is avolattes.
I'll just get right to it, here's how to make the hippest new frothy beverage that all the cool kids on the block are drinking these days (and by "these days" I mean TOMORROW - because low-fat vanilla bean lattes are so 2011).
