Health Hack Challenge Day 6: SOUL HACK --> Community

It's not all how you eat or even how you move. You need to learn how to feel good, love yourself, and the people around you. 

That's right I said learn. Most of us could use a hand in this department. So today's the day: commit to investing in COMMUNITY.

Social isolation is a larger risk factor for disease than smoking!

Reconnecting with the sweetness that is life - whatever lights up your soul, gives you goosebumps, makes you smile and/or gives you belly laughs. These are the sweet spots. Taking the time to schedule a drink with a friend, volunteer, dinner with family etc– whichever one resonates with you. Do it.

Why? Beyond the obvious...

  • It will increase serotonin (our happy hormone) and feeds the soul which allow us to feel a sense of calm and increased energy and focus to complete our to-do lists.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Slow Down to Speed Up.
