The Easiest Path to Wellness Elevation


What's "wellness" anyways? To me, it's a feeling. A feeling of bettering yourself - emotionally, physically, spiritually. 

I think we can all agree that feeling is pretty great.

So why does the "wellness world" often make us feel overwhelmed, confused, and obsolete?  

Let's face it: we're consuming a whole bunch of 'feel-good, look-good' marketing mishmash daily - even hourly.

"What's the best diet for me to follow?"

"Should I do a 'detox' or 'cleanse'?"

"How can I get the most out of my workouts and daily movement?"

"What's a natural skincare product that will actually work for me?"

"Will crystals really help me?"

"How can I get in on these cool wellness events I see on Instagram?!"

Those are the questions I get asked the most - from wellness-intrigued yet time-pressed young professionals who know they can be doing better for themselves. Let me clarify: these aren't folks deep in the dark despair of poor health...but they are well aware that are "wellness things" out there that could likely help them.

Too bad navigating this emerging world of wellness - from premium holistic skincare to more new age healing modalities like reiki and crystals - is overwhelming AF.

Who should you trust? How much should you spend? What's the best source? 

And then if you miraculously find answers to the above - you're expected to figure it all out and diligently implement it into your life to reap the benefits.
